After what feels like a lifetime in the restaurant industry, I jumped head first to the event world in 2015, by taking a role as Event Director at a then brand spankin' new historic Portland OR venue (with no experience, shhhh…). I spent seven years developing systems and honing my craft, I began offering my services to select couples as a coordinator and found my passion! It brings me a lot of joy working with clients and creating an experience for them that feels like I plucked it directly from their imagination and considers the guest experience flawlessly.

I am detail obsessed, solution oriented and LOVE a non-traditional idea. I am a proud Latina and a nearly fluent Spanish speaker. I hope to utilize my bi-lingual skills in this business as much as I can! Weddings are my specialty, but I have planned and executed small scale music festivals, fundraisers and managed logistics for many corporate trainings and staff appreciation parties.

I love getting outside. I rock climb, summit mountains, trail run and have done lots of solo backpacking trips. All of those things have taught me how to stay cool when things don’t go as planned, which has been a saving grace in my work! My dream is to plan an adventure elopement on top of a mountain for a couple in love.

A: I am happy to jump on a call to chat through your needs and offer hourly consulting to set you up for success. I will not have the same deliverables for this type of service as I would for my packages. What I often say to clients asking this question is that when you hire a professional, you are hiring their expertise and ability to solve problems and put out fires DAY OF in addition to the other things that you get ahead of the day. Having someone who has subject matter expertise is crucial to having a worry free day. BUT, if for whatever reason a planner is not in your vision, I can be here to help you. My hourly rate for these types of calls is $125. We can get a lot done in the way of timeline and detail in a couple of phone calls. Shoot me a message and lets chat!
A: When you contract with me, you are my client and I work directly with you on all details and decisions. No matter if a parent or uncle or grandparent is paying for my services or the wedding itself, YOU are my priority and my line of communication. I can always give some suggestions on how to have family feel involved. As the world begins to shift, so do traditions and that can sometimes be hard for the older generations who have an idea of how these things go and that is ok! What is important to me is that my clients feel heard and the day unfolds as they imagined.
A: I can do that! Depending on availability, I do offer these services. If you are a full service client, the weekend is yours, I would simply add additional fees for those types of add-ons. If you are a Partial Planning client, these requests are taken on a case by case basis based on my availability.
